Indexing Partners has specialized in indexing books on art history, artist biographies, and exhibition catalogues for two decades. Working with publishers and museums, we are able to provide the quality that these high-end publications require. We pride ourselves on the careful and accurate entry of the names and foreign terms so abundant in these reference works. We typically use a two-step approach with one indexer doing names and title entries and another indexer following behind to recheck all entries and provide subject analysis. This ensures that all the names, etc., are looked at twice guaranteeing accuracy and completeness.
In 2024, we have indexed over 20 art books and catalogues, the majority from repeat clients who can attest to their satisfaction with our work time after time.
